What is Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT):
Tapas Acupressure Technique is a simple and effective tool for addressing a variety of health concerns including allergies, traumas and food cravings. It works gently by restructuring the neural pathways that have been damaged by acute or chronic trauma, or repeated stress. It works as you hold specific acupressure points around your face and the back of your head while focusing aspects of the problem. It can be done over the phone or in person. Guided by a trained professional, it is an excellent tool for resolving long held problems often resistant to other forms of treatment.
